Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact us first for approval and return instructions. Do not send merchandise to our company address unless we specifically direct you to do so.

Return Eligibility

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, it should be unused, clean, unaltered, and in original condition with its components, accessories, manuals, tags, and packaging where reasonably possible. Proof of purchase is required.

Items That May Not Be Returnable

Customized items, gift cards, items marked final sale, and opened or used hygiene-sensitive goods may be excluded where permitted by law. This does not limit rights relating to defective, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.

How to Request a Return

Contact us with your order number, item name, reason for return, and relevant photos if the item has a problem. After review, we will provide the correct return destination and instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days after delivery, with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. This request for prompt notice does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights.

Return Shipping

Customers generally pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return. If we confirm an error on our part, we will provide an appropriate solution without additional costs caused by that error.

Refunds and Exchanges

After an approved return is received and inspected, an eligible refund is initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take longer to post it. Exchanges depend on item availability.
